Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada only.

Temporary Shipping Update:

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are temporarily suspending the use of Canada Post for all shipments. To avoid delays and ensure the timely delivery of your orders, we will be using Purolator and UPS until further notice.

All other aspects of our shipping policy remain unchanged. You will continue to receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Process

At checkout, you will be prompted to select a Canada Post shipping option. However, to ensure the fastest delivery possible, we may use either Canada Post or UPS at our discretion. Regardless of the carrier used, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are shipped from Ottawa, Ontario.

• Orders received after 12:00 PM (ET) will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination but are typically within 2–7 business days.

• While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost shipments.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping is available on orders of $250+ (before taxes).

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

• Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number.

• If you do not see these emails, please check your spam/junk folder.
